The Hastiest Laptop on the Planet
Eurocom is about to switch in the ascendant desktop/server i7 processor in a notebook, by the same token it enables it to be introduced as primus inter pares manufacturers. The same as naming themselves Eurocom (being a Canadian company in fact), both these things seem to be irreconcilable. Eurocom's laid down aim was to work out the chips to go in desktop replacement workstation laptops, in all probability to provide a niche with the i7 like Lenovo sought with the dual screen W700ds. Still there are challenging speculations from evidence that the laptop will possibly be the hastiest on the planet by using Intel's quad-core Core i7 at speeds from 2.66GHz to 3.2GHz. The list can be prolonged heavily. In 17" laptop you will encounter Intel's X58 chipset, Nvidia's GeForce G280, 9800GTX or Quadro FX3700 graphics with 1GB video memory. It will also have 8GB DDR3 RAM and up to 1.5TB of storage. The list of additional parts includes blu-ray drive and TV tuner. Though either to the detriment of laptop or not you may observe weight variety, the D900F Phantom i7 laptop will not let you down. The actual weight is 11.9lbs (with a 12-cell battery, we might add). Among other drawbacks is the price itself, it remains us behind only to presuppose due to unavailability of information. We may only make bold to say that you could probably buy 8-10 netbooks for the prime cost. We flatter overselves that Core i7 is top notch stuff, based on the Nehalem architecture which improved over bottleneck issues with the older Core 2 architecture, and this laptop should have impressive performance. The first night will be rendered on May 1st. Intel has made a bad break that in the second half of the year they are going to declare laptop-specific Nehalem chips, deliberately compelling overall attention to the novelty of this laptop for some months.
