Have You Already Experienced TravelMate 6593, 6493 Business Laptops

Last night the 15.4-inch TravelMate 6593 and 14.1-inch TravelMate 6493 business-class laptops, based on Intel's Centrino 2 with vPro technology were presented to public's judgment.

The new TravelMates are provided with Intel Core 2 Duo processors, GMA 450MHD integrated graphics, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 250GB hard drive, and the Acer MediaBay hot-swappable solution that offers a choice of an extra hard disk, a second battery or an optical drive with either a DVD-Super Multi double-layer drive or DVD/CD-RW combo. Acer's notebooks can boast with a screen resolution of 1280*800 pixels.

The other features are a built-in web camera and 802.11a/b/g/draft-n wireless connectivity. Both TravelMate 6593 and 6493 run Windows Vista Business OS.
