AMD is about to speed up their latest offspring; a chip with a dual random-access memory version- the Athlon Neo, which is expected by the second half of 2009.Fresh on the heels of the launch of a single core Athlon Neo processor, AMD is reportedly readying a dual core version as part of the new Congo platform. AMD is hanging out that this platform is intended for an adjusted entity of extremely portable notebooks, but not netbooks.
